# Analog 11 — personal customer license

Product: Analog 11 for Apple silicon macOS, purchased version

1. **Your license.** One purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to install the purchased version on Macs you own or control for your own work, with up to two Macs activated at a time. You may keep backup copies. The purchased version may be used indefinitely; this is not a subscription. An issued license key is required for activation. Deactivate a Mac before activating a replacement when both slots are in use. This personal license and key cannot be shared with other people as their own license.

2. **Your music.** You may record, edit, perform and commercially release music, audio and sound-design work created with Analog 11 and its factory presets without owing us a royalty. You keep your rights in your creative output. Permission to use this instrument does not grant rights in somebody else's recordings, compositions or other material you bring to your work.

3. **The product.** Source code is private and is not part of the customer download. Do not share, upload, sell or redistribute the plug-in/application binaries, supplied artwork, or factory content files as a product or content collection. This restriction does not prevent sharing or selling your own original preset settings or recorded creative output. Ownership of the software and supplied assets stays with their respective rights holders. Separate third-party licenses and rights required by applicable law remain in force.

4. **Updates and support.** Your purchase includes updates within the 0.x and 1.x product series at no additional charge when released. Later major upgrades may be sold separately; the purchased version remains usable. Email support covers installation, licensing and reproducible product issues while those series are supported, with a target initial reply within three business days. This is a response target, not a guaranteed repair deadline or a promise to support every future operating system or host.

5. **Refunds.** Analog 11 does not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind. Please check the published system requirements and listen to the demonstrations before purchasing. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, may issue refunds under its own policies. Contact support@analog11.com for technical help or purchase issues; include your order number, not payment-card details. If a refund is issued, stop using and remove the licensed copies.

6. **Compatibility and problems.** The published system requirements and tested host list describe the supported configurations for this release. Save your work and keep backups when installing an update. Contact support if the product does not work as described so we can offer troubleshooting, an available fix, or the applicable refund/remedy. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections.

7. **Third-party notices.** The `Licenses` folder retains the notices and applicable terms for bundled components. Those terms control their respective components where relevant. This customer license does not remove any rights in copies previously provided under a different applicable license.
